My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and some had air conditioning, but there was a mix-up with our room which led to a less than ideal sleeping arrangement. The service was friendly, and the staff tried to accommodate us, but there were some issues with pricing confusion. The location was convenient but slightly far from the city center. The dining experience was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an okay stay with room for improvement.
The hotel is nestled in a beautiful jungle forested area, providing a serene and quiet place to relax, just 5 minutes away from downtown. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, but some odors required airing out before entering. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff and interesting guests adding to the experience. The location offers a peaceful retreat, though some taxi drivers may overcharge. The dining options were limited but satisfactory with typical Nicaraguan fare. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
Staying in the all-inclusive room at Casa María in the center of San Juan was a bit of a mixed bag. While the room was clean, there was an issue with ants, which is somewhat expected in a tropical setting. The service was friendly and entertaining, especially for families, but some improvements are needed in the maintenance and cooking aspects. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with breakfast being delayed and some food not meeting expectations.
